Projekt

Develop assumptions, design, develop, and implement a system for entering commune properties (plots, buildings, and apartments) for six local government entities (Lwówek Śląski, Wleń, Mirsk, Piechowice, Lubomierz, Gryfów Śląski).

The order was carried out within the scope of the project “Local government of the highest quality – from administration to co-management,” co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.

The data mining workshops, the harmonization of various equirements, and the design of a dedicated solution that meets the expectations of all entities were the biggest challenges for us.

Our activities

collecting requirements from the representatives responsible for entering the commune’s properties in six local authorities of the Lower Silesia voivodeship
developing a joint concept and designing the system
collecting databases of commune property in SWDE format from the local authorities’ offices corresponding to the six entities
preparing a data converter from SWDE to SQL format
preparing software in accordance with the requirements of the local authorities and applicable legislation
software installation in the six entities’ offices
technical and substantive supervision for six months after implementation.

Summary

The project consisted of collecting the requirements of the offices, developing project documentation, developing the software, conducting tests, and installing the software.

These tasks were part of the project “Local government of the highest quality – from administration to co-management,” co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
